What To Do When Someone We Love Pass Away?

A dedicated Funeral Director will be assigned to you and head down to assist you at the death location. If death occurs at home, we will call a doctor to help with the certification of death. If death occurs in the hospital, the attending doctor will sign the certificate of cause of death.
2. Necessary Preparations
Prepare:
1. One set of clothes for the deceased; including innerwear, shoes and dentures
2. One photograph for enlargement purposes
3. Obtain the Death Certificate
If the death occurred at home or in hospices, head down to the nearest police station with the Certificate of Cause of Death with the deceased's identification card to obtain the official Death Certificate. If the death occurred in the hospital, the Death Certificate is usually obtainable at the hospital as well.
4. Have a peace of mind as we take over
We will be bringing your loved one back to the Embalming Care Facility depending on whether the body is to be embalmed or simply cleansed. We will assist in the handling of the entire funeral, so as to allow you and your family space to properly grieve and tend to other more pressing matters.
We believe in open communication between our staff and the bereaved family members. We will update family members at every stage of the wake process as transparency builds trust.
